He provided excellent insights about the area and listings which made the process of selecting and making an offer easy. There was quite a bit of negotiating on the property, but Nathan provided constant help and advice that resulted in a successful agreement. Would highly recommend him.

The sale of the house was quick, efficient and painless. I will certainly recommend him to others in need of a realtor. I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome. A very positive experience with a timely and easy sale. I don't think it could've gone better. Ten out of ten experience. He seems to be a well grounded family man that understands his clients needs. If ever selling or buying again, I would reach out for his services. He was also very patient with me which I greatly appreciated since there were some emotional ties with selling the house. I didn't need to talk with other Century 21 agents but the agents at the title company were great! Wendy was thoughtful and well organized. All staff involved with the process were great.

Nate was always on time. Had lots patients with me for I am in my 70s and some times get offthe subject at hand great leader.
