Seller reviewMy husband and I feel extremely fortunate that Navonnah was our real estate agent for the sale of our house and property. From the beginning, she worked with us on a plan for listing and showing the house: setting the price, photographing and videotaping the house and surroundings, collecting legal and surveyor documents, and more. She brought in staff with excellent photography and videography skills who captured, in our opinion, the charm and appeal of our house. Navonnah was very courteous about making sure we had ample opportunity to prepare for a showing. She also was careful about checking back through the house to make sure that the lights were off and doors were locked after each showing. We discovered several unexpected issues with the house not long before closing. Navonnah was a lifesaver with her contacts with a plumber and a contractor who were able to make the needed adjustments in time for closing. With Navonnah's careful preparations, closing was very smooth.
