Seller reviewI couldn't imagine anyone else handling the sale of my family home of 36 years. My situation was not only emotional but unusual and very complicated. Navona and her team were professional, showed empathy and provided support throughout my experience from start to finish. Her years of experience and knowledge in the real estate business were crucial but her personal touch and hours of involvement are what made this process easier than expected. In my opinion, when it was most important and about to become more unusual, Navona pushed forward on my behalf and drove the train to the finish line and for this I'll be forever grateful!

My husband and I met her and within an hour we felt so comfortable with Navona and I feel a goid trust also. There are always a few hiccups moving from one state to another. Navona did all she could and worked to make those hiccups go away. If looking for a real estate agent here in Farmville or Chesterfield county, she and her people will always be there for you. Seller reviewDuring our first meeting, Navona made clear her willingness to go the extra mile. She reviewed many of the tools she uses in marketing a property. She clearly understood my concerns and expectations. We discussed immediate needs to make the house ready so I could begin on those while packing. Up to putting the house on market, she was patient with how long it was taking me to clear things out. Then, once on the market, she communicated with me extensively. We were on contract in 11 days.
