Told them we would give them first shot when we were ready. I found them to be quite knowledgeable and friendly. He was honest and forthright with me during interview. Signed contract at that time. My wife and I were quite satisfied with the results. I believe Noel to be an asset to the company and represented himself and Century 21 quite well. He went above and beyond all expectations to get my house sold. His dedication and work ethic admirable. My wife and I were extremely happy to meet with Noel and we were satisfied from the get go. He worked to sell my house. No doubt about it.The outcome was better than we expected. That will benefit us when we purchase a house in Florida. We were very pleased overall and fortunate to have him sell our home. I really can't add much more. We were happy with the results of Noel's hard work and he got the job done.
