Seller reviewNoel is tenacious knowledgeable personable. If you are interested in getting an agent who will go the extra mile for you. Noel was involved in marketing a property with lots of challenges. Dealing with an unpermitted ADU and all the complexities that come with it. I would recommend Noel without question.

Seller reviewI met Noel at one of his listings/open house in the Westfield neighborhood of Palos Verdes. At that time, I was considering listing my house in the same neighborhood. I like how Noel was knowledgeable about the market but what caught my attention was his likable personality and helpfulness. After interviewing numerous agents, Noel and his partner Natasha stood out. They where down to earth, not intimidating, and more importantly not pushy. They respectfully provided there opinion, while still respecting mine. The two of them work well together, always keeping me informed and making sure that one of them were always accessible. Noel and Natasha were very helpful in getting my house ready to be listed. The two of them definitely don't mind getting their hands dirty by doing little projects around the house to prep it for sale.
