I thought I knew what to look for in buying my home, but l found there's a lot more to it. I was amazed with how much she knew about the process, when there was a question asked that she may not have been sure of, she made it a point to get the right answers. In finding the house l now call HOME, there were ups and downs an at times even frustrations when l was over bided. However, Octavia stade fast an patience the whole way through. Thank you for taking over the listing of my previous home located at 15 E Hawthorne Dr, Newark, DE. The noticeable difference was the manner in which the property was marketed. The professional photographs were in direct contrast to the repeated poor pictures quality that frustrated me greatly and attracted very few prospects during the first listing agreement. Once the professional photographs were published, the showings dramatically increased. To the point I had to decline showings after the offer contract was signed off on. Also a noticeable difference in the way the property was described added to the increase of interest in the property. That too was very disappointing and frustrating to me, I even tried to assist with the description of the home and amenities (and photographs). You enlightened me with the "showing app", the various functions to keep up with the appointments, and the ability to formulate reports. When the offer was presented, you paid close attention to details and offered guidance/suggestions during the negotiation of the contract. There was a stressful time after the home inspections regarding an alleged structural issue that would have cost thousands of dollars. With your assistance, we had a Structural Engineer inspect the home, no defects were found and the cost of "repairs" were reduced to zero. You were present from start to finish, via texts, emails and telephone calls with clear and concise communication. I wasn't left wondering if I was alone in this process anymore.
