I really can't say enough about my experience with Octavia. She is a wonderful realtor! She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. During the process of purchasing my first home, she was attentive and responsive to my needs. As a new homebuyer, I had no idea what I was looking for. She listened to my wish list and sent me daily listings that matched my preferences. You can only imagine the countless houses I requested to see. She was always patient and informative. When it was time to sell my home, I knew that she was the best realtor for the job. The homebuying/selling process can be long and stressful. She met with me several times to determine the best marketing strategy for my home. It was executed very effectively. You want someone who is honest and trustworthy. That's Octavia. What I appreciate most, is that she does not hesitate to advocate for her client. After all we've been through, I consider her family!

Octavia was a joy to work with. Before hiring Octavia, I had another realtor who just didn't get it - they didn't understand my needs or display real expertise in helping me to sell my home. From the onset of meeting Octavia, her expertise and professionalism was evident. She was personable. focused, clear, confident and knowledgeable. With her help, we sold our home in less than 21 days for the full asking price, while with the previous realtor it sat un-viewed and on the market for 30 days. If you are selling your home, I highly recommend Octavia and I recommend that you call her. She will do her due diligence, leverage her network, market your home innovatively and get your home sold.
