Buyer reviewEven when Octavia was not available just a few times, her broker stepped in for what I thought was a tough situation and handled it awesomely! I was and am very pleased and satisfied. Also what I loved about Octavia is that she does real estate full time. So I got the utmost attention when working on my home sale. And while my next house was being built, she kept in constant contact with me and the sales office on updates to the new home. Her service was always top notch and truly professional which I appreciate.

Buyer reviewAs we previously stated, we wanted to see a certain property, so we stopped by the property, seen the listing agent business card and pamphlet(OCTAVIA SAMUELS). So we called her and she ask what we were approved for. At first we thought wow, we just want to see a property not buy. So we talked to OCTAVIA SAMUELS afew times on the phone and started building a relationship. OCTAVIA earned our trust, she was knowledgeable, forthcoming, and very respectful. OCTAVIA didn't hide anything from us. OCTAVIA made sure we were going in the right direction at all times. With the mortgage consultant, appraiser and closing attorney. OCTAVIA SAMUELS is a outstanding agent. In closing OCTAVIA was going a much needed vacation and was not going to be available for our closing. But my husband said we started with OCTAVIA and we're gonna finish with OCTAVIA. So after coming off of vacation our agent OCTAVIA SAMUELS was there for us.
