Octavia always made herself available when needed. Octavia provides accurate information and if she doesn't know she always finds the answers. We had a couple buyers and 2 inspections in which Octavia was always proactive in helping communicate with buyers agents, inspectors , and our contractors if needed. We will be using Octavia's services again very soon.
