That was important for us, since many of the best homes sell so quickly. We hit a few bumps in the road during the buying process, but Pam represented us and our needs as she worked closely with the sellers' agent to help us successfully close on the home. She was always professional and highly ethical. She continues to offer after-the-sale help, and we couldn't be more pleased! She went out of her way to make sure that we were informed on the areas we were looking in, but also suggested other areas that she thought we would like. She also took the time and worked with our lender to find out that the house we eventually purchased was no longer zoned in a flood plane. Pam has a great personality and is very knowledgeable in what she does.
