The first time we met to discuss the sale of the property, she provided me with great information on the comps in the area as well as a well thought out plan to market the house including print and online advertising and scheduling an open house. She met me at the property several times before we even listed the house to go over the best way to prepare the home for sale and check on the progress I was making. She is very knowledgeable of the area and knows what attracts people to a home, which helps determine how to market a home. It only took 2 days to sell the property and the negotiation process went as smoothly as it could. I was updated regularly on how the process was going once we agreed to the sale all the way to closing. Pam Rollins-Butler is an outstanding real estate agent and was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell their home.
