Pam Rollins-Butler has been helping me for years with my real estate journey. It was just never quite the right time or situation for me to buy, because of personal matters and factors with my unique case. Pam was always there to pick my file back up and answer what ever new questions I had. She pitched me many scenarios that might work for me, and in the end, she got me into a home that is PERFECT for my daughter and I, and hasn't left me pinching pennies or feeling like a have bitten off more than I can chew. She's always been just a call/email/or text message away. Making sure I felt like a top priority, even though I know she deals with many clients at once. I don't know how she does it. She is truly a caring and incredible agent. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Thanks to Pam, I was never overwhelmed. She knew the answers to every question I had and was more than willing to reach out to the listing agent of my potential home, whenever I had questions out of the normal realm of info. She made sure I got a fair deal on my home and even pushed for a warranty on a kitchen appliance she felt might not last forever. I didn't even know that was an option, but she constantly looks out for her clients and makes sure we get what we pay for, and are treated fairly. I highly recommend her to anyone I hear is looking to sell or buy. She always responds promptly and is willing to meet same day for showings, and in my case, there were many! She is knowledgeable of the area, and was able to provide info on the property as well as the neighborhood. I am so lucky to have had her as an agent. Pam Rollins-Butler is a fantastic real estate agent. I recommend her every opportunity I get. I feel truly lucky to have had her in my corner through the entire home-buying process. After having her meet me all over the county, at various homes, I was able to find the perfect home that suits my little family's needs. I would have been completely lost in this process, without her. She truly cares about her clients and is a true professional. She is organized and knowledgeable and honestly I could not have asked for a better agent for my first home buying experience! 5 stars. A++++ 10/10 WOULD recommend.
