Seller reviewWhen I tell you this was the smoothest transaction everrrr!!!!!! Pam and the buyers agent (Alicia) worked so well together. They communicated very well and they had best interest of the buyer and seller. She went the extra mile to hire a professional photographer to take the photos of my home. It made a HUGE difference with presentation. I realized you don't necessarily have to stage your house to sell it. My house was professional cleaned from top to bottom, all windows were covered and the photos put the icing on the cake! Pam was on point with her comparisons. Her listing price was exactly what the house appraised for. And it sold for that price. Now how perfect was that?? Pam was always available to answer any questions. More importantly, she was timely and never had to wait until the next day for a response. She was professional and very knowledgeable about this market. I trusted her judgement and guidance with the process. If you're looking for a reliable agent to help you sell/buy your home, I highly recommend Pam Rollins-Butler!!! The customer service is Exceptional!!

I knew when the day came for me to finally buy a new home, I wouldn't feel comfortable using anyone other than Pam. Pam is truly amazing at what she does and went above and beyond to make this entire process so smooth. She was there day, night, weekends, and even while at Kings Dominion with her family helping us every step of the way through this process. She answered every question and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire transaction. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and I'm so glad that I get to call her my friend!

She was honest, helpful, and open, and always had an open line of communication. There were several moments in the moving process that caused me to reconsider selling my house. She was always readily available to hear my concerns and answer questions. If I buy a house again, I'll definitely be reaching out to Pam. Her knowledge of the area is admirable!

She understood my needs and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire transaction. Being technology challenged in my older years, she was right there the entire time to ensure not only I received all communication, but more importantly understood what was happening. This is important as it gave me a level of comfort where I did not have to worry about what I was signing and agreeing to. It felt like I knew Pam my entire life. She is truly an asset to the Century21 New Millennium and the community as a whole. Again, I could not believe how smooth of a transaction I had.
