She has always made herself available to help no matter what day or time, answering any questions I had as a first time home buyer. She is honest and trustworthy, as well as open and communicative throughout the entire home buying process. She goes above and beyond for her clients. My family has gone through her multiple times and we only ever have great things to say! We also worked with Hunter throughout our buying process and he was just as amazing. Looking forward to working with both of them in the future.

Pam was always willing to line up virtual showings as well as in person showings when we would come to CDA. We were so impressed with Pam's responsiveness and knowledge of the area. Pam was not pushy and very patient. Initially we were not sure what type of home we wanted or what location. Pam helped guide us throughout the home buying process. I could not imagine having any other realtor. Pam was wonderful. She was always there for us and very thorough in answering all our questions/concerns. Even while on vacation, she arranged virtual showings for us. She helped us to find the perfect home in a great location. Her knowledge of the local area was very valuable , especially as we were coming from out of state. I felt she really cared about us and was not just trying to sell us a house. Pam's son Hunter provided very valuable insight during showings. Pam and Hunter are a great team. I could not imagine having another realtor. I am very grateful that we found Pam.
