Seller reviewMy wife and I could not have found more perfect buyers for our personal custom home build. Chris and Megan were amazing to work with and their testament to their experience from the beginning construction to the completion of the build is the highest compliment. In their words- My husband and I recently purchased a brand new home on Kidd Island, Coeur D'Alene, ID. I am writing this review for the selling agent Pam Harmon. Our home was being built when we found it listed for sale. We almost immediately put an offer in and it was accepted by Pam and her husband who was the builder. As everyone can imagine with COVID and supply chain issues, a lot of the home finishes were delayed. Pam went above and beyond to track down finishes, follow through on the punch list that was almost impossible to get done due to the current environment, and make sure that EVERYTHING was perfect- her attention to detail was amazing. She was VERY responsive and professional. She took the extra time to make sure the home was exactly what we wanted. We are very active in the real estate market and I would absolutely recommend Pam with the utmost confidence.
