Buyer reviewPam has an eloquent way of finding the best solutions for both parties when circumstances arise that aren't exactly ideal. I'm always surprised at what Pam is in the middle of doing as she simultaneously makes time to answer questions, generate paperwork, or meet somewhere. I can rely on her to honor her word and go the extra mile EVERY time. Urgent or not, doesn't matter. Buying and selling a home is stressful. Pam is sincere, and she listens to understand, and that builds trust. I've bought three houses with Pam. Each time I thought it was my forever home. Life is a wild card and it's nice to have some certainty and balance in the home buying process. I'll use and recommend Pam for life! Another thing I found helpful was the resources provided for inspections, lenders, etc. I took all of her recommendations and those interactions were flawless as well. Pam is sharp as a tack and helps foresee and prevent issues. I trust her without any hesitation.
