There were so many positive aspects about the experience with Paola Melendez, but I think you have to start with her understanding of the market, not only real estate in general, but paying attention to the local market. Her marketing of the home focused on not just selling the home, but making sure the buyer was someone who would fit the home as we did, a family looking to raise there family in a beautiful neighborhood. In addition, there were points were I started to think this was not going to sell, we had a buyer cancel at the last minute, then we went a while without an offer, then in short order she got two offers. She stayed positive in terms of selling our home, but she kept me positive when I was getting frustrated. She really knew how to take the lemons that were my attitude and turn them into lemonade.
