Buyer reviewThere were many obstacles in purchasing this property--I found the whole process overcomplicated. There was no sense of urgency on the part of the Bank, Underwriters, appraisers, etc. Pat Holcombe was my anchor during the whole ordeal--He was the only one that would even return phone calls!!
