Patricia Contreras was born in South America and raised in Northern Virginia. She worked with a real estate developer and later for a law firm as a Paralegal in Arlington for 12 years. She returned to real estate in 2002 and specialized in residential properties in Virginia and Maryland. Patricia holds multiple designations: GRI, ABR, SFR, Military Relocation Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and a has been member of the NVAR Residential Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Club from 2013-16. Patricia is passionate about real estate and possesses an innate understanding and keen awareness of people's needs and concerns during the real estate process. She has developed a strong customer base and works by referral from clients. Trust and care are the foundation of her services; she is good representing buyers, sellers and investors, and cares about her clients. Patricia loves to travel, meeting other people and learning about different cultures. Seller reviewPatricia is the BEST of the BEST. She is practically a member of our family at this point. We found Patricia through the USAA homebuyer's program when we purchased our first home in 2015. We couldn't be happier. Patricia has stuck with us through thick and thin, sending us Christmas cards and checking in with us periodically just to see how we were doing. Two years ago, we contacted Patricia when we started to grow out of our home and were thinking of selling. She gave us excellent advise on everything from what to do with all our stuff, getting organized, who to call for help and staging. She got to know our neighborhood and even our neighbors. Buyer reviewBilingual agent was the most important factor. Having a bilingual agent was great due to my wife is from United State and I am Peruvian. Going through all the process was easy for me to ask question to Patricia in my own lenguage. She was really nice to explain me things in Spanish and then explain same things to my wife in English. She was very clear how is the market in Norther Virginia, and she was able to work with our requirements and budget She explained before to start this adventure how the market works in VA. Also she explained me about the bids when you are trying to buy a house, and couple of options regarding my situation. Patricia was always ahead of everything involving the purchase. She knows the business and for that reason she always was on top of things.
