Patricia Contreras was born in South America and raised in Northern Virginia. She worked with a real estate developer and later for a law firm as a Paralegal in Arlington for 12 years. She returned to real estate in 2002 and specialized in residential properties in Virginia and Maryland. Patricia holds multiple designations: GRI, ABR, SFR, Military Relocation Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert and a has been member of the NVAR Residential Top Producer and Multi-Million Dollar Club from 2013-16. Patricia is passionate about real estate and possesses an innate understanding and keen awareness of people's needs and concerns during the real estate process. She has developed a strong customer base and works by referral from clients. Trust and care are the foundation of her services; she is good representing buyers, sellers and investors, and cares about her clients. Patricia loves to travel, meeting other people and learning about different cultures.
