Buyer reviewPatricia is a long time family friend that we were reconnected with on Facebook. We have dealt with other realtors in the past and always admired her presence on social media and approach when reaching out to clients and advertising. We decided to leave our agent whom we had worked with for the past 4 years and work with her because she drew excitement to her listings! She was vibrant and excited and it showed in her work! Patty made the biggest part of buying a home feel small. We were never overwhelmed. The process of contracts and counter offers were a breeze! We had several transactions with her and all were easy! As mentioned, watching Patty on social media help sell and buy properties for her clients was the real deal maker for us.
