Seller reviewPatti reached out to us two times by way of a personal note and business card. I did research on my own regarding information pertaining to her business experience and how pleased people were who dealt with her. After meeting her and speaking with her regarding our situation, we decided she was a good fit for us. We were pleased that Patti was willing to negotiate the commission. She was willing to do 4% if she brought the buyer and 5% otherwise. We wished she brought the buyer, but 5% is less than 6%. People appreciate having a lesser fee to pay out, plus all the other fees attached when you sell a property. I would highly recommend Patti Smay if you are in need of an established, reliable, trustworthy realtor.
