Seller reviewPatti was great to work with! My siblings and I were out-of-town selers and she handled so much for us at the local level extremely efficently and timely and with great transparency and profesionalism. I will recomend Patti to friends and family and would definiely work with her again!

Buyer reviewI originally had another realtor that wasn't meeting my needs he acted like I was an annoying and shot down every idea I had, I had no idea how important a realtor really was, through mutual friends I was recommended patti. Patti was a god send to me I truly feel like Patti was on my side making sure I didn't get taken advantage of making sure I didn't buy a house with a bunch of problems and she made sure I knew from day 1 that she worked for me and was there to help me buy a house weather it be a foreclosure an action or just a house on the market, she would give me the pros and cons on every idea I had and didn't shoot the idea down immediately like my previous realtor did, I mean it when I say she was a gift from God she is super knowledgeable she is super experienced and she is great at communicating I don't think there is a better realtor out there, not only did she help me find the perfect first home she became a friend and I will always recommend her any potential buyers

From the first interest in the property I purchased she scheduled tours of the house quickly, gave me very positive input to the condition of the property and encouragement when I decided to make an offer. She negotiated a very fair final purchase price and kept me informed of any issues that occurred during the negotiation process that were concerning to her that would affect the purchase price. Patty was very professional through the entire process and I would definitely refer my friends and family to her. Because of her attentiveness to my budget and concerns, she is my choice to represent me as the seller of my current house and will be the listing agent when I am ready to move forward with that sale.
