Seller reviewPatty always completed task as promised. Pictures were taken and house listing was fantastic. Patty also assisted in getting repairs completed to home prior to sell and after contract was signed. She suggested Bond Contracting, a company she had experience with in past and they did a wonderful job. Their work was completed on time and was reasonably priced. I was anxious about repairs and being completed for closing. Patty stayed on top of all and everything closed on original date. I would definitely recommend her and Century 21 to friends in area.
