I am a person who is normally skeptical about any type of "middle man" when it comes to business transactions, but Patricia Wilds's performance as my buyer's agent was so exceptional that I am starting to rethink that position! Patricia took care of so many aspects of the deal that we basically had to only pick out a house, get a loan, and sign closing papers. She was especially good in dealing with a seller's agent who was "difficult" (to put it nicely) according to everyone else involved in the buying process. I will definitely be giving Patricia's phone number to any of my friends who are in the market to buy or sell a house and she has earned my business in the future.

Patty was excellent in returning our calls, following up on all questions and concern in a prompt matter. We have purchased many homes through the years and I will say Patty surprised us in how professional and prompt she was in every step from first showing to closing. She has gone above and beyond after closing to help us resolve a couple of issues .
