Seller reviewPatti was an absolute pleasure to work with from our first phone call to the closing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, quickly responsive to my inquiries, and we were even able to close early. She made this process very smooth and easy to work through. Being out of state, I didn't have any prior references for her but from our phone calls, I trusted that she would do the right thing, and she did. I'd highly recommend Patti for all real estate needs.

Buyer reviewStarted with web search and Patti was one of the few that sent me info. She did more than any other agent did by sending me info and keeping me informed. Patti negotiated and got us the place we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. She compiled a list of homes for us to consider and set visits to only those homes. She kept on top of everything going on with the bank and made sure everything was moving along correctly. Patti went above and beyond to make sure we got the place we wanted. Any question I had she was able to answer. Only wish is that she would have been able to do the bank loan. She did every thing we asked, couldn't ask for any better agent
