Many people had mentioned Patton before. We had no idea who he was until the last referral. We were looking at houses on our own, found a FSBO sign and they said they were about to use Patton to sell it, and we should use him for our search. So we did. We couldn't find the right fit and became frustrated. My fiance was dead set on building so Patton took us all the way with that. Due to his knowledge and connections we were able to build in the perfect neighborhood, in the perfect school district and really could not be happier with the way everything turned out. He was always available via text, email, phone, in person, you name it! Pretty much held our hands through the whole experience.

Patton did a great job of supporting a seller who was not local. kept us up to date and gave good advice. He knew local resources I could work with to get the house ready for sale. The folks he recommended were prompt, didn't exceed their estimates and did a great job.

When I decided to sell my house, a friend told me Patton Whitten was a fair and hard working realtor.He would do all he could to get a sell. I found this to be true. I am very satisfied with all he did to help me sell my home and would absolutely reccomend him to anyone I know is wanting to sell their property.

Patton is a godly man and his actions proof that, a big plus for me. He is very respectful and understanding of what the homeowner needs. Patton always contacted me before any decisions were made. Patton worked hard on getting my house out there where as many people could see it as possible. He was really encouraging on being patient With the sell of the house.
