Buyer reviewThis man is awesome, hell, better than awesome. My wife and I called Patton about some property that he had listed and that property wouldn't work for our needs. We really liked the property next to what he had showed us and low and behold if 5-6 weeks later if we weren't the first call he made when it came on the market. He is a great man and if I ever do this again I will surely use Patton. Through the whole process he kept us in the loop and that helped me breathe. Keep on being yourself and God bless!

Seller reviewPatton's name was mentioned with high recommendation of knowing the New Hope market and being very professional and good at his job. He was. The property was on the market only 4 or 5 days so I'm not sure how to evaluate some of the above questions. 4 days of the market and closing very close to our asked price we are obviously very happy with the final results. It was a pleasure working with Patton and I couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did in helping sell our house!
