Biggest factor was that I have a very busy schedule and wanted someone that we could trust to make sure my wife and kids have a safe neighborhood to be in while i'm at work. My wife found multiple house but Paul had the knowledge and recommendation of houses and neighborhoods that we needed to get the right pick.

He kept every one of his statements/commitments. I am recommending him with the highest marks. This was a difficult transition for me and he made it easier. The process of buying and selling was very well organized and went very smoothly. Paul did an excellent job. He is wonderful.....i am a fan...and highly recommend him for any transaction.

Paul Champlin was refereed to us by our good friends who also lost their home and we didn't hesitate to call him. He genuinely cares about his clients and wants to find the perfect home for them. He was available 24/7 for any questions and was always there for us. Once we found our home he fought for it and did all he could do to get us in it quickly. I would refer Paul to any of my family and friends who are looking for homes. He made the process easy and fun at times. After everything that had happened to us having Paul as our realtor made the whole experience enjoyable and we are so happy with the home we purchased. For that we can not thank him enough!
