Buyer reviewWe can't thank Paul enough for all of his help in finding our new home this fall. My husband and I were first time homeowners who didn't know very much about the process or really where to begin looking. He helped us narrow in on what we should be looking for and what areas best met our needs. He was extremely patient with us, consistently checked in with us throughout the process, and answered all of our questions quickly. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in pointing out what to look for while walking through houses – many things we didn't know beforehand and wouldn't have known otherwise. He's a great realtor, super friendly, and keeps you in the loop throughout the stressful process of buying a house! We can't thank him enough for all of his help and will definitely be using him when we decide to sell!

Seller reviewPaul had intimate knowledge of the area where we were selling our home which had a big impact on selecting him as our agent. Additionally, when he told us that he used a professional photographer to photograph the property that was a huge positive because we did not want an agent that was going to photograph the property with their cell phone camera in a couple minutes. Makes a huge difference and we believe one of the reasons we had such strong interest right off the bat when we listed. We believed his pre-marketing plan was also great and helped build interest.
