He was able to set expectations for us regarding buying land vs just a house. He steered us away from several properties that would have been a bad fit for us, and helped us complete due diligence as well. He was incredibly responsive too, this was the most pleasant surprise. You always get the impression that realtors are busy and don't have time for quick responses, but he proved us wrong. In short, Paul exceeded our expectations of him from his Youtube channel!
