Buyer reviewWe learned about Paul when searching the internet for data on the different places in Metro Detroit. Paul's Youtube channel is an amazing source for local knowledge. In real life, Paul completely reflects that on-screen vibe and is very pleasant to work with. The complete process from initial communication to closing on the house and some communication thereafter went absolutely smooth. This house was a challenge and it was impressive that Paul was able to generate so much interest in what was essentially a fixer upper. We had access to see everyone who booked an appointment, and Paul always answered the barrage of question we gave him.

I had an agent I worked with who was OK for what we had previously bought and sold but we needed to go to a higher level to sell this house at or above market value: Paul was the right pick!
