Paul and his team were the reason this was such a successful transaction. Paul is an incredible agent and works not only hard but efficient as well to get the best offers for his clients. Buyer reviewWe(My wife and I) first found Paul on the internet through his Youtube channel. We were doing research for buying our first house and we agreed a lot with what Paul was saying on his channel. Finally we decided that it was time to get in touch with a broker and start the house hunting process. We chose Paul and to our surprise he was exactly the same ( polite and excited at the same time) like we saw him in his videos. He has been really helpfull with our search of a house and never gave us any bad suggestions. Infact during the house hunting the market was really hot and he still managed to give us equal importance and went to multiple house viewing. In some cases he even told us whether we should go for a house or not based on our budget and because in some cases we were running out of patience. He helped us with everything and the whole process was really smooth. Paul has not just earned our trust but our respect as well. Thank you Paul for helping us find our dream first house.

He made the entire process as seamless as possible. Paul helped us to secure a purchase contract on a new build while also working to sell our home. We sold our home for $30k above asking in one weekend, closed in less than a month, and moved into our new build within 4 months of signing the contract.
