We had known Paul for a number of years and he has helped countless friends and family members find their homes. We knew his personality would make the process very comfortable and low pressure.

Paul is an excellent realtor, a consummate professional and all around good guy. Three years ago, he helped me broker the purchase of the home I just sold so it was a no brainer to work with him again. In only three days we had 50 showings and over 10 offers! We will definitely be working with him again in the future once we decide to purchase a new home.

We had been working with a different agent and had not had a successful experience. While still working with our previous agent, a friend who knew Paul Wolfert had told us to check out his YouTube to learn some more about the area we were trying to get into, and some tips/tricks for getting our offers accepted. His YouTube videos gave us a lot of helpful information and helped us start taking more things into consideration when looking at houses. After a couple more months of working with our previous agent and still being unsuccessful we mutually decided it was time to part ways. We began trying to find a new realtor and right away we were interested in meeting with Paul. After talking to him and asking a few questions about his approach and experience, we decided it was a good fit. Paul was knowledgeable about the area, had great insight into the market, and was incredibly friendly. It was really important to us to see houses as they were coming on the market and Paul was able to get us into houses right away. The first house we saw with him was actually the house we ended up purchasing and I have no doubt it was because Paul got us a viewing the same day it came on and had our offer written up within the time it took us to drive home. He stayed in contact with the sellers so we could adjust our offer as necessary and kept us informed of every step. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with Paul and we would highly recommend him to anyone!
