I don't often write testimonials, but Peggy and Marisa earned this. I sold this 120 year old house for a dear friend who had to move into assisted living. It had been neglected for years and needed a lot of work. We spent to the limit of my friend's equity line of credit, but there were a lot of things that we couldn't afford to do.
