I don't often write testimonials, but Peggy and Marisa earned this. They worked together on this transaction, with Marisa as our primary point of contact, but Peggy was ALWAYS available to help whenever things got rough. I sold this 120 year old house for a dear friend who had to move into assisted living. It had been neglected for years and needed a lot of work. We spent to the limit of my friend's equity line of credit, but there were a lot of things that we couldn't afford to do. Peggy and Marisa researched comparable sales, and I actually drove past each one. Some were a little better and some a little worse, but all were realistic comps.
