Buyer reviewAs Penny can attest to, we had a serious problem dealing with my lender's handling of everything. Mortgage/escrow representatives down to the closing agent, I always felt in the dark and couldn't get answers. This online process from my lender needs a serious overhaul, as Penny understood. She is the only person in this process who promptly answered my phone calls, messages, or emails. Without Penny helping me out, this experience would have been a lot worse. Thankfully, we got it done together, which I am very grateful for. I was referred to Penny Belgarde by a cousin of mine. She had told me that her experience with Penny couldn't have been more professional and effective. So, I figured I'd give her a shot. I was not disappointed.
