Seller reviewI can't express enough gratitude for Penny's professionalism and expertise. From the minute we met Penny, we were absolutely confident that we chose the perfect Broker!! We had already moved out of the state when the house went on the market. Her and Kylee made the recommendations needed to prepare the house to be sold and even helped paint some of the rooms. Throughout the entire process, she continually stayed in contact with us regarding the status of our home. Penny went above and beyond, and exceeded all of our expectations, of which we are extremely grateful to her!!! I felt like Penny advertised our home well by using different types of media. Penny was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the buyer's agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. We felt like we got a fair price for our home and the closing was seamless. Penny demonstrated honesty, transparency, and integrity. She was personable, an excellent communicator, and detail oriented. We are beyond satisfied with Penny and the team at Century 21 We seriously can't express enough how wonderful Penny was to work with. She is truly amazing!

Buyer reviewPenny knew I needed to find a home quickly. She showed me homes that just went on the market. Then when I found a place I wanted she recommended a home inspector. Then I needed a roofer for a quote. She found me a roofer to give me an estimate. Then we could add the cost into the negotiation. I had no knowledge in this area. Penny guides me through the process always giving me options. She made sure it was me making the decisions.
