In that time, Percy respected decision to wait and did not bombard me with calls. I called him when I was ready six months later and we sealed the contract to sell my apartment. Percy is an exceptional person. I don't think I would have survived the stress that came with selling if I didn't have the support that he provided along the way. Percy in all that he did to sell that apartment also counseled me during those moments that became extremely stressful with advice that I needed to hear. Percy did a superb job when it came to handling all the aspects of selling my apartment. He was knowledgeable and confident that I would sell the apartment in the time frame that I had envisioned. He provided professionally prepared comparables and accurate apartment value. He negotiated and made sure to prioritze my best interest. He kept me informed as the sale progressed through each step.
