Buyer reviewConocí a Percy hace unos meses; lo contacté porque necesitaba alquilar un apartamento. Para mi sorpresa, Percy me convenció de comprar en lugar de alquilar… ¡y ahora mis pagos de hipoteca son más bajos que lo que habría pagado en renta! Siempre se lo cuento a mis amigos, y no lo pueden creer. Me acompañó en todo el proceso de compra, manteniéndose en comunicación constante y dándome sugerencias valiosas para hacer las cosas de la mejor manera. Desde el primer momento, me dijo que estaría a mi lado en cada paso para asegurarse de que todo se hiciera bien, y así fue. También me comentó que, en sus más de 10 o 12 años trabajando como Realtor, nunca ha perdido un solo depósito de sus compradores, y eso me dio la seguridad y confianza que necesitaba para seguir adelante. No sé si todos los agentes tienen la paciencia y el buen humor que tiene Percy, pero lo que sí sé es que hoy estoy feliz con un techo que es mío, y no del arrendador.
