That process went very smoothly, and we developed a very good rapport with Phil, so when it came time to sell we didn't even think about using someone else. The selling process itself was very smooth and Phil was very flexible with our timeline as it shifted. During our first meeting we were both at the same price level for the house which was comforting, and the way Phil described the process and the next steps was exactly how things came together. We had frank discussions about some of the inspections and offers, and when it came time to accept the final offer we got what we were looking for on all fronts.
