Seller reviewPhil was a pleasure to work with. He had a great sense of urgency, but was also aware of my busy schedule and worked around it. He stayed in constant communication and made the process for me very easy. I was really shocked at how simple he made it. I know this lower priced house probably did not net him the greatest commission. But he treated it like he was selling a million dollar home. The fact that I was very comfortable throughout the process with zero anxiety or concern, and I was more than happy with the outcome should tell you how happy my experience was. Phil went out of his way to make the whole experience hassle free.
