Seller reviewPhil Cini did an excellent job selling my house. We needed to sell quick. Phil met with me at my house and made some recommendations on a few esthetics changes. We spent about 90 minutes going from room-to-room. In the end, he made a sound recommendation on a price, we agreed and my house was listed immediately. He knows this market well and used his knowledge to price my house accordingly. Phil Cini had my best interest in all aspects. From the presentation all the way through the negotiation and closing. He really made a difference in helping to sell my house. I would highly recommend Phil and the entire Century 21 Sakmar group to sell your house!
