Seller reviewFrom our first conversation with Phil until closing things progressed quickly. He is so approachable and always responded to questions or emails in an extremely timely manner! We are downsizing so this is most likely our last move but if it were not we would definitely call Phil!

Phil was very patient and understanding and did an excellent job of explaining to us how things would go. He did a great job of answering all of our questions from prior to listing the house for sale through the closing. His communication was clear, concise and calming. He is really gifted in this area.
