Seller reviewPhil made the process of selling this property seem effortless. From the beginning to the end he kept in communication with any and all updates. Phil is one of the most approachable people I have ever met. From our first meeting it felt like I was seeing an old friend. The sale of this property was brought on by my fathers passing. Phil was very empathetic and understanding during the very sad time in our lives. At one point a window had broken in the attic of the property. Phil had contacted me about getting it covered. He ended up meeting me at the property and helped me cover it up. I feel this went above and beyond what his responsibilities were. This just speaks of his awesome character! I would hands down recommend Phil to anyone in the market for a real estate agent! I will never use anyone else.

In which was a very difficult time for me, Phil was so understanding, patient, and guided us through the whole process with his expertise. I am beyond grateful to have him to help work through this real estate process. He was always there to answer all of my many questions and was very prompt giving us any information related to the property. Phil did an excellent job with his marketing suggestions! I absolutely trusted his advice! I would never think of using anyone else! Thank you Phil for making this process go so smoothly!
