He was quick to get back with me via text, email or phone call whenever I had a question or concern. The business relationship seemed to turn almost into a friendship with how down to earth Phil is. I would recommend him to any friends or family that I know are in the market. I would also deal with Phil if ever buying or selling again. At closing he also provided me with a well thought out gift. He goes above and beyond!

Seller reviewPhil was amazing dealing with lenders, appraisals, inspections. We had a bunch of odd things come up with our appraisal and he was very attentive to the issues and made sure we fully understood what was going on and made sure things were remedied quickly.
