She has been extremely patient and very helpful in the process, always going above and beyond. She was very detailed and understanding of my needs and wants. She has helped me with maintaining and renting both properties and has always been there when I called her with a problem at either of the properties, helping me to get it addressed asap. Whether it was calling a handyman or plumber or just doing it herself when possible. Rachael has always went above what her job requires to help me and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling.
