Rachel Walker was highly recommended to us by our daughter. After talking to her she immediately set us up with houses to view online that met our budget and what we were looking for. A plus, as we live out of state.

I received a Post Card in Stuart from Rachael Walker regarding condos in the development where I owned a condo in Jupiter. I called her the same day, she was immediately responsive. Met her at condo, she greeted me with a beautiful smile & was knowledgable about the area. She followed up with me with comparisons. Previous times when selling properties, I have interviewed at least 3 realtors. However, Rachael's politeness, knowledge & attentiveness, I interviewed no other. She went above & beyond; had several offers which I was not pleased with, but we discussed, she listened to my concerns; respected my feelings. Was NEVER pushy, or attempted to make a "quick sale". She was very considerate, patient, which I am sincerely appreciative of. She is an extremely conscientious, kind-hearted woman. I have tremendous respect for Rachael Walker. I am very grateful that she worked extremely hard to stick with a very difficult & stressful situation to see the sale to its final conclusion.

I live out of state and have worked with Rachael Walker in purchasing 2 investment properties over the last couple of years. She has been extremely patient and very helpful in the process, always going above and beyond. She was very detailed and understanding of my needs and wants. She has helped me with maintaining and renting both properties and has always been there when I called her with a problem at either of the properties, helping me to get it addressed asap. Whether it was calling a handyman or plumber or just doing it herself when possible.
