Moving to East TN was the best thing I ever did for my family 20 years ago. My growth in residential real estate has been bountiful in so many ways. I have always been in some form of real estate since 1993, whether in commercial leasing/property managing high rise office buildings to power retail market centers in Atlanta, GA. Over the years with constant market changes, I have worked with many foreclosure institutions/investor related properties, military seller and buyer relocating service programs and selling/listing high end lake front luxury living homes. Coming from a strong family military background, VA buyers and sellers are top priority. I make sure to keep up with all the VA loan processes for a smooth transaction for my clients. Buyer reviewRachel went above and beyond what I expected from her. She was helping me as an out of state buyer. This required a lot of communication via calls and email. She was always prompt, ready to talk, took care of the details, so I would not have to worry. She didn't stop her services until the very night of closing. She even completed a walk through of the home as a courtesy even though she was not required to do so. Extremely professional and approachable. Never appeared to be bothered by update requests, emails, calls, etc. Always willing to go the full mile and more for me.
