Moving to East TN was the best thing I ever did for my family 20 years ago. My growth in residential real estate has been bountiful in so many ways. I have always been in some form of real estate since 1993, whether in commercial leasing/property managing high rise office buildings to power retail market centers in Atlanta, GA. Over the years with constant market changes, I have worked with many foreclosure institutions/investor related properties, military seller and buyer relocating service programs and selling/listing high end lake front luxury living homes. Coming from a strong family military background, VA buyers and sellers are top priority. I make sure to keep up with all the VA loan processes for a smooth transaction for my clients. We had used Rachel on two previous properties. She has proven herself as a very effective agent with great attention to detail. For all of our transactions, she has provided fantastic communications and kept us up to date, sometimes, several times during a single day. We had a contract on this house in approximately 45 days. For a specialty house on the lake that exceeds all expectations. We were figuring that it would likely take most of a year to get it sold. We found out on this last property that we can count on Rachel and that she will go to extreme efforts to ensure that the sale goes through. Without hesitation, we will use Rachel on our next property.August 2019
All of these traits are applicable to Rachel and more. We had a last minute issue come up and I was on an out-of-town business. Rachel's efforts in identifying, determining and implementing a potential solution to the last minute issue exceeded all expectations. When I returned, we just had some physical modification to correct and we were ready for the sale.
Our expectation was to sell our house in 6 months to a year and Rachel got it done in just over 60 days, We were ecstatic were her performance, support, knowledge, expertise, and communications.
The house was listed in MLS with wonderful results. For the first 5-6 weeks, we had multiple showing each week and had a contract in hand at ab out 45 days. Rachel did a great job of getting the contract and amendments to us in a timely manner and ensured that we were aware of pending deadlines of when documents had to be signed and returned. Our house was about an hour drive from Rachel home. She was there every time that she was needed. She was so supportive and I don't know of any time that an inspection or showing was cancelled because she was busy. In addition to a very nice yard sign at the end of the driveway, Rachel ensure that another For Sale signed was mounted on the dock so that folks boating were informed that the property was up for sale.
I don't recall talking with any other staff. Rachel did a fantastic job herself.

I have used Rachel for the sale of 2 homes and the purchase of 2 homes. She is amazing and the most patient and hard working realtor I have ever met. I do not plan on buying or selling again since she has provided my family with the home that we love. BUT if I had to sale or buy again Rachel would be the only realtor I would ever use! My communications with Rachel were always prompt. I sent her a list of properties I was interested in on a Sunday afternoon, expecting to hear from her sometime on Monday. I was totally surprised when I got a message from her within a couple hours with appointments already made to look at the houses. She was extremely patient with me ( we looked at a lot of places) and was understanding when I backed out of a contract after the inspection.February 2019
Over the years I have dealt with close to a dozen agents in 4 different states. I have thought their service, for the most part, was perfunctory. Rachel gave me such excellent service I felt I was her only client, yet I know this is not true. She coordinated showings with my trips to Maryville, and actually met with the president of the condo board to show him some of the deficiencies the inspector found, so I didn't have to make another trip. I really appreciated all the help she provided to make this transaction as smooth as it was.
She is only the second agent I've worked with I would feel comfortable recommending to family and friends, and will do so in the future. The whole process, from my original contact with her through closing was just great. She was honest, patient and very knowledgeable.

Rachel did an outstanding job, We we're living in Ca and she worked with my Son a lot and was very understanding about the time difference and she ensured all paperwork was sent to us to meet the deadline in Tn. She changed her schedule two or three different times when we had to change our flight out to Tn. We never worried about information Rachal kept us informed with emails and phone calls. Rachel did a wonderful job helping my family into our first home! She was incredibly responsive and really went above and beyond. We initially began looking for houses with a short timeline, and were somewhat unsure of what we were looking for. We ended up extending our rental for another year. When our rental agreement was nearing an end (around 9 months later), we began to search again. Rachel was great at picking out houses and incredibly patient with us. Rachel was more than helpful with the sales process as we had already relocated to Florida, so, everything was done long distance. I'm sure the process was more difficult and she handled it like a pro and a Friend.
Everyone at the office were very approachable in the event Rachel was unavailable, which was seldom.
Rachel was always available via Text, Phone and Email and in person when we were in Tennessee.
I own another house in the area and if or when I decide to sell it I would definitely seek Rachel's assistance in selling again.

Rachel Cornet was very helpful to my wife and I, as we are new to the area. We told her the type of home we were looking for and she recommended several areas to look at. When we found the home we wanted to purchase, although we had been pre-approved through a mortgage lender, we had some snags and were eventually told that they could not finance us. At this point Rachel recommended a lender she had worked with before. I quickly sent him some info, and with him and Rachel working together, we closed on our new home in about 12 days.
