Moving to East TN was the best thing I ever did for my family 20 years ago. My growth in residential real estate has been bountiful in so many ways. I have always been in some form of real estate since 1993, whether in commercial leasing/property managing high rise office buildings to power retail market centers in Atlanta, GA. Over the years with constant market changes, I have worked with many foreclosure institutions/investor related properties, military seller and buyer relocating service programs and selling/listing high end lake front luxury living homes. Coming from a strong family military background, VA buyers and sellers are top priority. I make sure to keep up with all the VA loan processes for a smooth transaction for my clients.
