Rachel did a wonderful job at meeting our wants and needs throughout the entire process. It was our first home purchase so it was a big decision for us and Rachel encouraged us the whole way. She was persistent in negotiations to get us the fairest possible purchase even though it was a complex sale. Rachel was so accessible and patient! We asked to see the condo we purchased on numerous occasions and she always made it happen no matter how short of notice I gave her! She was friendly throughout the entire process and did an excellent job at communicating what was happening at all times. When we had questions about our purchase she was transparent and informative which helped us make a decision. Thank you!

I have purchased many properties (personal and investment) over the years and have never dealt with a better realtor than Rachel. Ever. When dealing with Rachel: DO: Use her contacts. She can get things done quickly and efficiently. Expect clear communication Expect the deal to happen. Even when obstacles come up. Her favorite line for me was "there is no problem without a solution". And she generates solutions. Give her your criteria and let her find you the perfect property. Be ready to buy. DON'T: Worry about the details. She takes care of everything she can. (Even got me insurance quotes!) Get upset with the process. It takes weeks and she methodically goes step by step. Delay! She's going to make a deal come together...And I promise, you won't be disappointed when she finds you the property you love! Cheers Rachel! You know we love our beach house!!!!! :) :) :)
